New Business Assistant

Our client, based in Northampton require an Assistant to join their busy New Business department.

As a New Business Assistant , you will be the first point of contact for potential clients.

This role would suit an outgoing, enthusiastic individual with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities of both roles:

  • Managing incoming calls.
  • Contacting potential new clients and generating personalised fee quotes as quickly as possible.
  • Following up fee quotes by phone and email to maximise conversion rates.
  • Providing detailed feedback and maintaining relationships with introducers.
  • Assisting the departments with all new business enquiries.
  • Provide general support to the conveyancing team as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards.
