Labourer

Job Description:

We are currently looking for reliable and hard-working Strip-Out Labourers for a refurbishment project in Andover . This role involves the internal strip-out of commercial or residential buildings, preparing them for renovation or redevelopment.

Duties include:

• Removing non-structural fixtures and fittings (ceilings, walls, flooring, partitioning, etc.)

• Safe use of hand and power tools

• Assisting trades on site as required

• Loading and removing waste materials

• Keeping the site clean and tidy

Requirements:

• Previous experience in strip-out/demolition or construction labouring

• Own PPE (hard hat, high vis, safety boots, gloves)

• Physically fit and able to carry out manual work

• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
