NextGen Teachers are currently working in partnership with a lovely Primary school in central Leeds (LS9) who are seeking to recruit an Academic Teaching Assistant for a full-time position starting in September 2025.

This role is to support in Key Stage 2 (Year 5 and Year 6) and therefore candidates applying must have strong subject knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.

The school are looking a candidate who has an educational based degree in; Childhood Studies, Education studies, Psychology, Criminology, Primary Education or, something similar.

If you have strong KS2 knowledge and a Degree, the school would love to hear from you.

Requirements needed:

• Educational based (relevant degree)
• Experience working with KS2 children in a Primary school
• Strong KS2 curriculum knowledge
• DBS on the update service
• Full-time availability from September 2025
