Lawn Operative

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for Lawn Operatives to begin work for a well-established company in the Aldershot area.

About the role:

• Working Hours - Full Time, 40hrs per week
• Pay Rate - 24,760 Per Annum
• Start: ASAP

• As lawn operative, with PA1 and PA6 certificates you will be responsible for a professional, high level of service, ensuring customers are kept informed of when you will be attending, what treatments you will be carrying out and when the next treatment is due.

Main Duties:

• Customer Communication: Inform customers before and after treatments, including next treatment dates.
• Treatment Application: Apply fertiliser and herbicide to designated customers daily.
• Issue Identification: Identify lawn issues and provide advice on maintenance and additional treatments.
• Spring/Autumn Work: Perform essential machine work such as aeration and scarification using professional equipment.
• Physical Demands: Work alone or in teams on physically demanding tasks, requiring good general fitness.
• Machinery Handling: Safely load/unload machinery following manual handling policies.
• Maintenance: Clean and perform basic maintenance on machinery and company vehicle.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety practices supplied by Green Thumb Limited.
• Professionalism: Maintain a smart appearance, uniform, and vehicle cleanliness.
• Additional Duties: Support business growth through customer interaction, stock management, and any relevant tasks outlined in the contract.
