Are you a customer service professional with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for creating brilliant customer experiences? We re seeking an experienced and positive individual to join a high-performing operations team in a vital customer-facing role.

What you ll be doing:

• Handling complex customer queries via phone and email
• Supporting offshore service teams to uphold service excellence
• Analysing customer feedback and suggesting improvements
• Deflecting potential complaints through proactive resolution
• Engaging with online reviews to protect and enhance brand reputation

What we re looking for:

• Demonstrable experience in a customer service environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Resilience and calm under pressure
• A logical thinker with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Desirable:

• Experience in the energy industry
• Previous work with offshore service teams
