Salary: Up to GBP65,000 per year + Company Car + Excellent Benefits
Location: Bolton Full-Time Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead the sales operations of a modern and dynamic dealership in Bolton . Following significant investment in a state-of-the-art showroom , we are seeking a results-driven individual to manage and grow a multi-brand franchise alongside a thriving Used Car Sales division .

This role is ideal for someone ready to take on a high-profile leadership position and drive performance across both new and used vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new car sales activity , maximising performance and profitability
• Achieve and exceed manufacturer targets and bonus objectives
• Become an expert in brand offers, programmes, and sales incentives
• Coach your team and ensure the sales process is consistently followed
• Manage brand performance and bonus tracking
• Develop and implement local marketing strategies
• Conduct monthly performance reviews and daily 1-2-1 coaching sessions
• Monitor and improve enquiry-to-sale conversion rates
• Meet or exceed used car KPIs and objectives
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores above national benchmarks
• Collaborate across departments to build a strong, performance-led culture

What We re Looking For

• Proven success in franchise car sales management
• Experience with new vehicle programmes and manufacturer targets
• Strong understanding of online enquiry tools and digital sales platforms
• Hands-on, motivational leadership style
• Solid grasp of sales KPIs and financial procedures
• Excellent communication, coaching, and people-management skills
• A proactive, confident, and results-focused mindset
