Management Accountant


Morgan McKinley, Northern Home Counties is proud to be supporting an Automotive business located in Brackley. We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Management Accountant to support our client's finance team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone seeking flexibility while contributing to key day-to-day financial operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Handle Purchase Ledger duties and supplier invoicing
  • Reconcile Supplier Statements and follow up on discrepancies
  • Process invoices and ensure timely entries into the accounting system
  • Resolve supplier queries and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • General finance admin support and assistance with month-end tasks
  • Contribute to a smooth-running accounts function

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in a similar accounting or finance support role
  • Confident handling purchase ledger, invoicing, and supplier accounts
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach

Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours: 3-4 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Contract Type: 4 weeks
