There will be a clear focus in this role on contract management, legal implications and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare & manage cost plans, budgets & forecasts for M&E projects
• Conduct feasibility studies & produce cash flow reports
• Assess interim valuations & ensure accurate subcontractor payments
• Prepare tender documentation & bills of quantities
• Carry out site measurements & record variations
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors & suppliers
• Monitor costs, produce progress reports & identify savings
• Ensure compliance with safety standards & regulations

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or related field
• Proven M&E quantity surveying experience
• Strong contract, procurement & cost management knowledge
• Proficiency in surveying software & Microsoft Office
• Excellent numerical, negotiation & communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
