The Role:
As Mechanical Project Supervisor, you ll lead on-site teams to deliver mechanical installations safely, on time, and to spec. You ll coordinate with engineers and project managers, ensure compliance, and mentor junior staff.

Key Duties:

• Supervise site teams and workflows
• Liaise with project managers and clients
• Conduct site inspections and safety checks
• Resolve technical issues and maintain documentation
• Enforce quality control and safety standards
• Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery

Requirements:

• Experience in mechanical supervision within building services
• Strong leadership and technical skills
• Familiarity with education, healthcare, and commercial projects
• Full UK driving licence
