Multi Trade Operative

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Multi Trade Operatives (Multi Carpenters / Plumbers / Glaziers / UPVC) to work for a Housing Association based working around Stevenage, Luton and Hemel Hempstead on a temp basis offering 23.32 p/h + Van & Fuel Card. The successful Multi Trade Candidate will be able to work in occupied properties carrying out reactive repairs and available within 1 weeks notice.

Pay rate: 23.32 per hour (Umbrella rate)

Location:

• Stevenage, Hemel Hempstead and Luton

Working hours

• 08:00am to 17:00pm
• Up to 7 Jobs per Day

You will be required to:

• Multi Trade to complete a variety of trades
• Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, occupied.
• Provide your own basic hand and power tools.
• Have experience working within social housing properties.

You will be supplied with:

• Company van
• Fuel card
