Salary: Up to GBP40,000 + Attendance Bonus

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Setter to ensure the efficient and safe setup and operation of injection moulding machines, tooling, and related equipment. You ll play a key role in maintaining product quality, reducing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities for Injection Moulding Setter:

• Set up and operate injection moulding machines and ancillary equipment
• Carry out tool changes, machine adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Monitor and maintain production quality standards
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and quality teams
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

What We re Looking For Injection Moulding Setter :

• Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter (essential)
• Strong mechanical and technical understanding of moulding processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Team player with a proactive attitude
