The Role We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of our Integrated Management System (IMS). The ideal candidate will ensure continued ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 compliance, champion standardised processes across service divisions, and foster a company-wide culture of quality. The Quality Manager leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company s Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring ISO compliance and operational excellence across all service lines, including cleaning, security, engineering, and landscaping. This strategic role drives audit readiness, documentation governance, stakeholder engagement, and fosters a company-wide culture of quality What You ll Bring Bachelor s degree in Quality Management or related field. Minimum 2 years experience in quality management or assurance. ISO Lead Auditor certification (9001, 14001, or 45001) preferred. Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and passion for continuous improvement.
