Coffee Engineer/Supervisor

Job Title: Field Service Coffee Engineer Supervisor Location: Dublin (Field-Based) Salary: €45,000 €48,000 DOE + Company Vehicle About the Role: We re looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Coffee Engineer Supervisor to lead and support our field-based engineering team across Dublin. In this hands-on role, you ll still be working with traditional espresso and bean-to-cup machines, while also taking on leadership duties such as mentoring engineers, overseeing quality of service, and ensuring efficient scheduling. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a small team of field service engineers Perform installations, servicing, and repairs of traditional and bean-to-cup machines Act as a technical escalation point and provide troubleshooting guidance Monitor service standards and ensure jobs are completed efficiently Support with training, onboarding, and continuous development of engineers Work closely with service managers to coordinate call-outs and coverage What You ll Need: Strong technical experience with traditional and bean-to-cup coffee equipment Previous field service experience (supervisory or lead engineer experience preferred) Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills Full, clean driving licence Ability to work independently and set a high standard for others What We Offer: Competitive salary: €45,000 €48,000 depending on experience Company vehicle and fuel card All tools, uniform, and ongoing technical training provided Opportunity to develop your leadership career in a growing service team Supportive, team-focused culture About Marble Talent As engineering recruitment specialists, we pride ourselves on the ability to turn aspiring candidates at the beginning, middle or towards the end of their engineering careers into successful, professional engineers place at the right companies.
