We are working with a well-regarded mainstream primary school in Harrow who are seeking a Year 2 ECT (second year of induction) to join their team from September 2025 for the full academic year.

Role Overview:
This is a full-time class teacher position, ideal for someone continuing their induction. The school offers a supportive environment, strong leadership, and a collaborative staff team committed to professional development and pupil progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure curriculum consistency
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
• Contribute to the wider school community and uphold its values

About You

• You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• You are currently completing or about to begin your second year of induction
• You have strong classroom management and communication skills
• You are committed to supporting student progress and well-being
• You are flexible, proactive, and a team player
• You are willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check if required
