We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale development in Belvedere. The role requires a strong background in fitout, with a preference for industrial fitout experience. You will be responsible for managing on-site operations, coordinating trades, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering works to programme and quality standards.

Key Requirements:

Proven Site Management experience on large developments
Strong fitout background, ideally in industrial or warehouse environments
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills
Able to drive programmes and manage subcontractors effectively
