Thrapston - GBP12.21/hr Full Time MALE ONLY DUE TO CARE PLANS

Working with Service users who are Adults with Learning Disabilities (Autism) and complex behaviours

DAYS 37.5hrs a week Kettering NN15

MUST have a full UK Driving Licence as you will be using company vehicles (Important) and be over 25 due to insurance.

Shifts are working both Earlies and Lates, 5 x 7.5hr shifts a week, both 7.00am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-10pm (Includes alternative weekends).

You will be tasked with assisting with the resident s care plan, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents. Ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that individual s rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

One Year minimum experience of working in a UK social care environment (Essential).

Have a caring nature and possess a willingness to develop new skills.
