HR Performance Management Lead - Scorecard based

Our client, a leading global company, are recruiting for an HR Performance Management Lead to join the team on a contract basis. You will lead on the design and implementation of the Performance Management programme across the Business.

Role/Experience:

• Reporting to the Head of Reward you will support and collaborate with the whole HR team to ensure exceptional service is delivered into the business in all aspects of the employee life cycle.
• The primary focus of the role will be the design, implementation and evaluation of the performance management programme, incorporating it into the wider HR initiatives.
• Experience in creation of performance management scorecard
• Experience in a regulatory/financial services environment
• Strong background in HR directives
• Experience in performance management initiatives to C Suite level
