Customer Loyalty Manager 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Are you an experienced leader with a background in automotive sales, dealership operations or customer retention?
We're looking for a Customer Loyalty Manager to lead a growing team of 7, including two team leaders, within our client's Sales department. This team is focused on keeping customers engaged and loyal as they approach the end of their finance agreements.
The role is evolving to include more proactive, outbound contact, particularly supporting retention from the dealer network. We're specifically seeking candidates with experience in automotive retail, finance or dealership based customer engagement, rather than large-scale call centre backgrounds.
