Kinetic Recruitment Services, in partnership with Bespak Holmes Chapel, is seeking experienced Process & Packaging Operatives to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
You will play a vital role in the manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance at every stage , whilst on shift you will receive a shift allowance & hand over payment . Tasks include:
Operating automated filling and packaging machinery
Conducting process testing and analysing data
Completing batch documentation and collecting samples
Maintaining GMP standards across all operations
Performing bulk and end-of-line packaging
Carrying out in-process quality checks
Relocating inspected or packed materials
Supporting clean-in-place (CIP) procedures and HSE compliance
What you will need:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Strong team player with a proactive, customer-focused approach
Proven ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment
Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is essential
