Factory Operative (Nights)

On behalf of our client we have immediate and exciting opportunities for experienced factory/manufacturing operatives. Working NIGHTS, on a 4-on/4-off shift pattern, in a clean, non-food, factory environment, these positions are intended to lead to permanent!

Benefits:

• GBP13.79 per hour!
• 4-on/4-off shift pattern
• 12-hour shifts, 6pm to 6am.

The Role:

• Assisting machine operators
• Training to operate production machinery
• Packing and palletising finished product
• Quality checking of finished product
• Completing of all necessary paperwork (after training)

Requirements:

• A good background in factory/manufacturing roles
• Conscientious and reliable
• Quality-driven and a desire to succeed
• A real team player
• Ability to work 12-hour nights on a 4-on/off pattern.
