The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering high-quality education, assist in managing classroom activities, and provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups. Your role will be pivotal in helping students achieve their potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and delivery.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils.
• Help maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
• Support the implementation of the school s curriculum and policies.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive atmosphere aligned with the school s Christian values.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.
