Mechanical Design Engineer

A new opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join an Engineering Company who work within the Oil and Gas sector is now available. You will be joining a company who are specialists in their field who have built a strong reputation over many years. Working within their Engineering department, you will be joining an experienced team who are dedicated to completing work to the highest of standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical components.
• Present design plans to management.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources.
• Use 3D CAD programs to plan and execute mechanical design projects.
• Document the design process.
• Liaise with Clients, Designers, Engineers and Management.

Required:

• Degree in an Engineering based discipline.
• Demonstrable experience in a Design Engineering role.
• Knowledge dealing with Engineering drawings and design programs.
• Strong knowledge of design and engineering principles.
• Sharp attention to detail.
