My client is looking for a Print Finisher Specialising in MBO Folding to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ever-expanding and forward-thinking company. Candidates are expected to have experience or general rounded knowledge of print finishing operations, including lamination, die cutting, folding, and guillotine.

Role Responsibilities and Duties:

• Operating a range of machinery, ensuring high quality is kept at all times.
• Maintenance of a variety of machines.
• General Print Finishing duties, laminating, folding, using a guillotine and more.

Expected Skills and Experience:

• Guillotine knowledge.
• Folding experience from PUR sections to door drop leaflets.
• Working with cross section plate and knife units, with perf and crease rollers.
• Primarily MBO folding with continuous feeders.
• Reading job tickets to determine set up specifications and instructions.
• Observing and monitoring machine operations to detect malfunctions and to determine whether adjustments are needed.
• Willing to learn more machinery, including stitching, laminating and die-cutting.
• Being able to help other departments with hand-work or other machinery.
• Performing all assigned work accurately and on schedule.
• Performing daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks.
• Coordinating efforts as part of the team as needed to maximize production efficiencies.
• Overtime/flexible working hours.
