Job Description:

Juiced Mechanical & Electrical Ltd is seeking a skilled Domestic Electrician for a residential development in Ipswich. The role includes all 2nd fix apartment works , communal area wiring , metering and switchroom installations , and external lighting setup .

Key Responsibilities:

2nd fix installations in residential apartments (sockets, lights, etc.)
Installing Ryfield boards, isolators, and landlord distribution boards
Cable installations for submains, smoke vents, PIR controls, and communal sockets
Setting up mains boards including MCBs, RCBOs, and SPDs
Temporary supply installation (e.g. for lift)
External lighting: cable runs, bollard and column installations
Working in line with IEE Wiring Regulations and site-specific method statements

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
ECS/JIB Gold Card (preferred)
Experience with both apartment and communal wiring
Own tools, PPE, and transport
