We're seeking an experienced New Build Mortgage Broker to manage and support up to 3 active new build sites across Suffolk. With warm leads provided weekly and full admin support, you ll focus on delivering expert mortgage advice while building strong relationships with housebuilders and clients.

Minimum 2 years experience as a CAS mortgage adviser
Proven sales performance able to demonstrate results
New build mortgage experience is highly desirable
Comfortable managing volume business across multiple sites
Strong CRM and tech system skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Compliant, professional, and customer-focused
Strong business development and relationship-building skills
