We re hiring an experienced Team Leader with strong horticultural knowledge to manage and motivate site teams across a range of commercial landscaping projects. What You ll Be Doing (The Role)

Leading small teams on soft landscaping installation and maintenance projects
Planning daily site tasks and ensuring work is completed on time and to spec
Working hands-on with turfing, planting, mulching, and general horticultural duties
Ensuring health & safety compliance and maintaining high site standards
Liaising with project managers and site contacts to coordinate logistics
Training and mentoring junior operatives to build team capability

About You

Proven experience as a Landscaping Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Landscaper
Strong soft landscaping and horticultural background
Confident managing small teams and taking ownership of site delivery
Able to read and interpret site plans and planting schedules
Skilled in operating landscaping tools and small machinery
Full UK driving licence essential (company vehicle may be provided)
