CRM Training Manager

iO Associates is looking for a CRM Training Manager to work with a company that has a strong position in the markets for artificial lift, specialized chemicals, and completions, and which is a world leader in oilfield services and equipment.

Job type: 8 months Contract (Possible extension)

Required:

• Moving automation and system procedures from SKUID to SFDC layer to improve data processing and speed up page loads.
• Setting up data connectivity to access a wider range of instruments for business effectiveness.
• Creating a new user interface (UI) for a more modern and effective platform, including mobile access.
• Creating the entire training approach and plan of action, which includes scheduling, resource allocation, and curriculum design.
• Daily planning and coordination meetings with the Change Management team
