A leading Manchester-based Hybrid Online Estate agency, is seeking knowledgeable and experienced Sales Negotiators to join our successful team in Manchester.

As a Sales Negotiator, you will manage your own portfolio of properties across the UK, handling all aspects of property management while providing exceptional customer service to secure sales efficiently. This isn't just a job; it's a real career opportunity with uncapped earning potential!

GBP24,000 basic - realistic GBP44,000+ OTE uncapped 1st year
Commission guarantee available for proven top performers
Work-life balance: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm (1 in 3 Weekends- Work from home)

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant experience in estate agency or property sales
Proven track record of successful property negotiations
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
