Stock Handling Team Leader - Nights

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a long-standing client in the Mansfield area who are looking to expand their team with a Team Leader with their Stock Team.

Duties:

• Working with the existing team to provide ongoing support
• Conducting team meetings
• Carrying out appraisals
• Providing training and identifying skill gaps
• Ensuring the team runs smoothly
• Assisting within the team (duties may include Goods In, Stock Management, Bulk Picking and Despatch)

Experience:

• You will ideally come from a stock management background within a busy manufacturing or warehouse facility
• Experience in Team Leading or Supervisory roles is Essential for this role
• MHE Certificate are an advantage but not essential

Hours and pay:

• Night Shift
• 10pm to 6am
• Salary GBP28,000 to GBP32,000 however a night shift premium will be applicable for this position
• Full Time, Permanent Role
