Salary: GBP18 p/h (GBP37,500 p/a) PAYE, GBP20.88 p/h (GBP43,500 p/a) Umbrella

Join our client s team in Coventry as a Mechanical Vehicle Technician! With operations throughout the UK, our client is a leader the automotive & logistics industry.

The Role:

• Perform comprehensive diagnosis and repairs of mechanical issues on a variety of vehicles, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, especially when dealing with high voltage EV systems.
• Utilise diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve specific electrical issues on vehicles.
• Install and wire EV components with precision and attention to detail, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
• Collaborate closely with team members to troubleshoot complex problems and provide effective solutions.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity in the workshop environment.

What Kind of Person Are We Looking For?

• EV Qualified Technician preferred, but Level 3 qualification considered.
• Significant vehicle diagnosis and repair experience.
• Full Driving Licence required.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• High attention to detail and quality of work.
• Ability to work fast and efficiently.
