The Role:
Manage sales, acquisitions, and leasing of commercial property
Advise on residential transactions including new builds and investment purchases
Assist developers on site acquisitions and disposals
Support corporate clients on property elements of wider transactions
Liaise with clients, agents, and counsel throughout the deal lifecycle
The Person:
Qualified Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE) with experience in property law (residential and/or commercial)
Strong technical and organisational skills
Ability to manage client relationships independently
Approachable, team-oriented, and keen to contribute to a positive working culture
Previous experience in a commercial law firm or busy property practice
