Electrical Supervisor Construction Solar Farm Renewable Energy County Kilkenny, Ireland EPC 12 Month Contract Job Overview: We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to assist in the delivery of a utility-scale solar project in Ireland. You will be responsible for supervising the installation of all electrical systems on-site, ensuring compliance with design standards, health and safety regulations, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all electrical works including DC, AC, and HV installations Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution Monitor and enforce strict compliance with HSE policies and procedures Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks across all electrical installations Collaborate with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure design specifications are met Attend regular site meetings, reporting on electrical progress and highlighting any risks or delays Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience supervising electrical installations Strong understanding of DC systems, AC cabling, switchgear, transformers, and grid connections Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and best practices Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Right to work in Ireland (EU citizenship or relevant permit) Contract Details: Contract Type: Freelance/Contract Duration: 12 months Location: On-site, County Kilkenny This is an outstanding opportunity to join a major EPC contractor on a flagship renewable energy project, offering valuable experience in a growing sector within Ireland.
