Our client is a regional contractor undertaking new build, design & build and refurbishment schemes. Turnover is 250m with individual projects from 10m - 100m.

The need now exists for an Assistant Site Manager to join the team on site in Camden, North West London.

The project is a residential new build, 35m.

The position will report into the Senior Project Manager.

Our client is seeking applicants who are degree qualified and have experience with working for either a contractor or developer. The position is also offering career progression to Site Manager level within 6-12 months.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between 40k - 50k + package.
