Project Manager

Our client is a building contractor based in Dublin, specializing in a wide range of construction projects including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

They're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and oversee the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to effectively manage resources and budgets.

Responsibilties:

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and identify any potential issues or risks.
• Provide regular progress reports to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Mentor and develop project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Background in Civil Engineering is preferable, not essential.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
