The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Work alongside teachers to provide extra support in classrooms.
• Assist students individually and in small groups to help boost confidence and achievement.
• Support learners with a range of academic and personal needs, ensuring every student can access learning effectively.
• Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Previous experience in schools is beneficial, but we welcome transferable skills from other settings where you ve supported children or young people.
