Sales Operations Coordinator


About the role

Working within the Bids and Opportunity Management team you will provide support to the wider Marketing & Sales team, spread across four different business units. With a focus on quarterly sales targets, each day presents a different challenge, some days you will be required to think on your feet and quickly adapt whilst other days will be more routine.

Responsibilities

  • Collating monthly summary Sales dashboard and forecasts
  • Performing Sales forecasting
  • Monitoring, analysing and maintaining the pipeline through CRM tool management (HubSpot)
  • Supporting the population and the updating of Sales data to ensure reliable Sales forecasting
  • Main POC for all CRM support to the Sales team
  • Management of all NDAs (internal and external)
  • Administer all Training Delivery course enquiries, including student onboarding and facilitating follow-up discussions
  • Final quality check, upload and submission of documents to online Portals
  • Ad-hoc Bid support

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • CRM Tool Management (HubSpot)
  • Management of data - collation, analysis and reporting
  • Commercial experience

Desirable:

  • Experience/knowledge of Defence sector
  • Sales experience
