Location: Hybrid - Leeds (3 days per week)

Salary: up to GBP40,000 + Bonus + share options

Are you a Junior Java Developer with a passion for modern development techniques and clean code looking to make an impact? Fruition Group are supporting a rapidly growing fin-tech business looking to make a home in Leeds.

This company provides a digital platform that connects savers with a wide range of competitive cash savings products, while also powering the Back End for financial institutions like wealth managers, banks, and advisors.

They're FCA-regulated and already working with major enterprise clients - this isn't a start up running on fumes . It's a profitable, high growth business with a strong technical foundation and real traction in the market.

What you'll need

• Experience with object-oriented programming with Java - Sprintboot or Micronaut
• Experience developing in a cloud environment ( AWS is handy).
• DevOps tooling experience ( CI/CD, Containers, Infrastructure as code )
• Some experience with Front End development ( React is handy).
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related feel - Or equivalent experience in a relevant role is ideal.
• Any experience in fintech or working on API-driven SaaS products
• Ambition to learn and grow in a fast paced environment

• Up to GBP40,000
• 33 days holiday, share options, Private Health-care
• Hybrid in Leeds, 3 days in the office, 2 from home
