The company:
A reliable logistics company that specializes in domestic and international import and export services.

Main duties:
Maintain and develop strong relationships with both new and existing clients while offering a competitive road transport service.

The role:
- To handle the daily tasks involved in freight forwarding operation
- To consistently deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations
- To establish a strong and enduring relationship with clients
- To assist in providing quotations, negotiating rates, and organizing logistics services for clients
- To facilitate competitive provision of road haulage services across Europe
- To maintain regular communication through phone and email with both customers and hauliers
- To coordinate and oversee the process of collecting and delivering goods with third-party contractors

The candidate:
- Fluent in at least two of the following languages: French, Spanish or Romanian
- Strong customer service skills
- Relevant studies in Logistics, Supply Cain, Freight forwarding, or Transportation would be beneficial
- Experience in Road Transport, European Road freight, or Freight Forwarding would be advantageous but not essential
- Confident communicator with a proactive personality
- IT literate, confident MS Office user

The salary: Up to GBP30,000 per annum depending on experience
