Investment Admin Associate (Cash Operations)

Are you proactive with an excellent eye for detail? Do you have great teamwork skills and an interest in financial services?

Our client, an award winning investment and technology firm, is looking for an Investment Administration Associate to join their Cash Operations team.

Your responsibilities:

• Day to day processing of items received on a daily basis within the internal set SLA's
• Monitoring payment receipts to ensure all information has been received to allow the cash to be allocated within 10 business days
• Processing any client or third party withdrawals including adviser fees, ensuring they are processed and paid as per the internal SLA
• SIPP payroll processing
• Internal transfer processing

• Good communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• An understanding of ISA and SIPP regulations (desirable)
