Job Description: Multi Trader with Focus on First-Time Fixes
We are a dynamic business based in Solihull seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join our team, with a strong emphasis on Kitchen and bathroom fitting, delivering first-time fix solutions and efficiently handling multiple call-outs daily. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of diverse trade experience and demonstrate proficiency in a range of skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of multi-trade tasks including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, electrical work, and finishing, with an emphasis on first-time fixes to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Conduct installations and repairs in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring excellent workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
- Efficiently manage multiple call-outs each day, prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing job requirements as needed.
- Utilize the mobile app Simpro to check-in, track daily tasks, and streamline work schedules for optimal efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on materials and designs for their projects.
- Maintain a fully stocked and organized work environment, ensuring that tools and materials are in good condition and readily available.
- Engage in various contracts, ranging from premium health clubs to social housing, providing flexibility in work locations and project durations.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have their own van / vehicle; all business mileage and travel costs will be reimbursed.
- Company uniform is provided.
- Payment through the CIS scheme, with competitive rates between GBP18.75 - GBP21.25 per hour based on skills and experience.
