Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND.
Work collaboratively with staff and make a positive contribution to the wider school community.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons .
Observe and assess pupil progress, offering constructive feedback to both teachers and parents.
Reflect on and continuously develop your practice as a Teaching Assistant.
Experience working with children in a school or residential care setting .
A reference to support your experience with children.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service , or willingness to apply for one.
The ability to commute to or reside in Hemel Hempstead .
