Nursery Room Manager
My client, based in Wilmslow, is looking for an experienced Level 3 EYP to join their lovely Nursery. They are offering a Room Manager position and would like someone who is looking to progress in their Childcare career. With time, you could have progression to 3rd in Charge or Deputy Manager.

- 40 hours contracted per week (4 or 5 days)
- 28k Salary
- Minimum Level 3 (or equivalent) - Early Years
Room Manager Main Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the nursery room staff, ensuring a high standard of care and education.
- Monitor and assess children's development and progress, providing feedback to parents or guardians.
- Communicate children's progress and address any concerns or feedback from parents.
