Deputy Care Home Manager

My client is offering a position for a Deputy Care Home Manager within their lovely small private home, for a maximum of 10 Service Users, that specializes in looking after clients with physical disabilities.

We see this Deputy Care Home Manager position as a fantastic development role. We are looking for people who are keen to develop, learn, and progress with a focus on excellent practice leadership.

This small home is set in the beautiful surroundings of the countryside in the heart of Purley-on-Thames. These homes are designed to provide a comfortable and homely environment and are set out in a way that really works for the people who live here.

Job Details:

• 37 hours contracted per week
• Salary starting from 25k+ (Increases depending on experience in a management capacity)
• Must hold a valid UK driving license

Deputy Care Home Manager Main Duties:

• To provide and ensure all aspects of personal care are provided to the service users in line with their care plan using a person-centered approach, encouraging and promoting service users to reach their maximum level of independence, wherever possible, undertaking these tasks for themselves.
