"Purchase Ledger" / "Accounts Payable"

Full time office - Lympne, Kent - 40 hour week

Our client, an established Italian logistice / product import export business are expanding their UK office and we are partnered with them to find their next employee.

As a an experienced "Accounts Payable" / "Purchase Ledger clerk", you will be working with a small team of 4 in the UK who are part of the Italian Head Office. The "Purchase Ledger Clerk" / "Accounts Payable clerk" will be responsible for:

  • Keeping on top of supplier payments
  • Processing upwards of 20 invoices per month on Sage or Xero
  • Checking with colleagues in the UK and Italy that the transport tarrifs are correct
  • Checking VAT is correct
  • Inter company invoicing
  • Bank reconciliations

If you were bilingual Italian / English that would be beneficial.
