Estates Maintenance Manager

Are you a Maintenance Manager with health care experience? Are you looking for a role within an NHS trust? Do you live in the Uxbridge Area ? What you need: HND/HNC in Engineering or Building related subjects City and Guilds Engineering qualification Ordinary National Certificate or Equivalent in an Engineering discipline (Electrical/Mechanical) Good working knowledge of engineering within the Hospital environment. Driving Licence Key Responsibilities To be responsible for the overall performance of reactive and planned maintenance works To carry out Personal Development Review To motivate and lead the team to ensure that they are working efficiently and that clear instructions are given to enable them to carry out the work in the correct order of priority To report to the Deputy Head of Maintenance and providing verbal and written reports as and when requested  The Role This is a 6  month temp contract.   The salary for this role is £33 an hour via umbrella you will be on various sites within the uxbridge areaIf this role is for you then don’t hesitate to call me on (phone number removed) or email me on (url removed)
