As a 1st line IT Service Desk Analyst you will be working for a leading delivery and logistics provider based in their Liverpool office. With online shopping rapidly taking over the high street this could not be a better time to start working for a continuously growing delivery company!
Rachel (your line manager) strongly encourages the development of her team and is keen for her employees to constantly upskill and in turn be offered promotions a perfect opportunity for somebody wanting to gain experience.
You will be working alongside 8 excellent Service Desk Analysts fixing IT issues from internal colleagues and external customers to ensure the business can run smoothly. You will be working in a busy office environment and will have to be customer focused and able to manage customer expectations.
If you have a couple of months hands on experience in IT then that s great but the most important thing here is that you have the right attitude, have an interest in starting a career in IT and are willing to learn whatever it takes to become a great 1st line support
Working Hours
Working on a rota of 3 shifts covering hours from: 7am to 3pm; 8am to 4.30pm and 9.30am to 6pm
