We re currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established and respected developer specialising in traditional build, high-quality housing. The initial scheme is a 20-unit traditional build development based in Winchester, and forms part of a strong pipeline of upcoming projects in the surrounding area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager looking to step into a high-spec, design-led environment, with real scope for long-term career development.

The Role:

• Supporting the Site Manager in all aspects of day-to-day site operations

• Helping to coordinate trades, materials, and deliveries to ensure smooth progression of works

• Monitoring quality and ensuring high standards of finish are maintained

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and site procedures

• Assisting with progress reports and liaison with the wider delivery team

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on traditional build housing schemes

• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a small but experienced team

• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality delivery

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred
