Role Summary :This is an opportunity to become an integral part of a thriving advisory team as they scale their client review operations. You'll be right at the heart of client support, ensuring advisers are fully backed with high-quality administrative input. The role offers excellent flexibility and a modern tech stack (including AI tools and Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive meeting packs: Support efficient client reviews
  • Liaise with clients and validate adviser meeting notes: Enhance the client experience
  • Provide right-hand support to advisers: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Collaborate with outsourced paraplanners: Focus on high-value client service
  • Assist with Letters of Authority and data validation: Keep documentation accurate and timely

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in a wealth management admin role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident in client communication and follow-up
  • Familiarity with SJP systems and expectations
