Planners Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all on-site and off-site transport operations
• Schedule and manage high-volume transport activity
• Liaise with drivers, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintain full compliance with transport regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to hit delivery KPIs

Planners requirements:

• Proven experience in transport or logistics planning (high-volume preferred)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency with transport management systems (TMS) is a strong advantage
• A self-motivated team player who thrives in fast-paced settings
