Salary: GBP47k
Hours: Full time (early finish on Fridays)

Helene at Amber Mace is working with a client looking for a Senior OHA to take charge of a dedicated OH team based at a client site near Ulverston. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinically strong OHA/Senior OHA. Supporting an MDT, you'll be helping shape the team and deliver a high quality service to your clients. Role:

• Lead the daily clinical service
• Provide guidance, mentorship and oversight
• Support with recruitment and inductions
• Support with clinical performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with industry standards
• Drive quality through clinical audits, skills assessments and process improvement
• Work closely with senior management to align service delivery
• Monitor and plan clinical resources
• Keep a supportive, positive and team-orientated culture

Requirements:

• RGN and Occupational Health qualification
• OH experience
• Experienced in emergency care
• Great leadership skills
